Responsibilities

• Ensures reliability of machinery by performing preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Reads manuals and diagrams to perform required maintenance and service.
• Uses tools and instruments to check dimensional changes of parts.
• Assembles, installs, calibrates, and rebuilds equipment as needed.
• Adheres to plant safety policies and Lean Manufacturing programs.
• Provides guidance to junior maintenance colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
