The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $35.00 to $39.50 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, and lubrication.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.
• Use electrical test equipment to diagnose and fix electrical circuitry issues.
• Build and close work orders in the asset management system, ensuring accurate data entry for labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Address conveyance problems, determining and implementing the necessary resources for resolution.
• Locate and supervise the spare parts inventory.
• Perform advanced maintenance and equipment testing to ensure standards are met.
• Assist in training customers to operate equipment.
• Respond to service calls, resolving equipment failures and faults promptly.
• Identify and resolve problems as they occur, taking appropriate steps to address them.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or vocational technical training is advantageous, along with niche skill certifications.
• 5-7 years of proven senior-level experience in a technical or specialized field.
• Successful demonstration of key tasks related to the responsibilities outlined.
• Strong communication skills for professional interaction with onsite customer leadership, Dematic leadership, and technicians.
• Experience leading projects and teams, advising on daily operations.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching in various positions.
• Occasional pushing and pulling of loaded wheeled dollies up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and navigate gangways.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces with dust, fumes, noise, and standing on concrete.
• Strong PLC and electrical troubleshooting skills.
