KCC Companies in Louisville, KY is seeking an HVAC assembler to join our production team. You will read engineering drawings and electrical schematics to assemble HVAC units and sub-assemblies, and use a range of hand and power tools to complete assemblies.

The role requires adherence to safety rules, completion of QC checklists, and accurate unit paperwork. We offer 9 paid holidays, quarterly bonuses, 401K, ESOP, and other benefits in a full-time, on-site position.

Essential Functions:

• Use engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and all other relative documents to assemble HVAC units/sub-assemblies.
• Ability to use an assortment of hand/power tools.

• Participate in toolbox talks & monthly training.

• Take immediate action to address unsafe acts or conditions and report issues to management.
• Assist in accident investigations (as needed) to identify the root cause in a timely manner.

Position Type/ Hours of Work:
