KCC Companies in Louisville, KY is hiring for a CNC II position for a skilled machinist. You will prepare and operate CNC machinery to perform production tasks, perform routine maintenance, inspect parts for quality, and keep work areas clean and organized.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate safety mindedness, reliability, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting. We offer ESOP benefits and comprehensive health coverage along with paid holidays and a 401K

Essential Functions

• Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.
• Reporting of defective equipment to Supervisor.
• Maintain inventory levels of consumable parts within the area.

• Gain knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation as well as plant safety rules to perform duties safely and in compliance with all KCC rules and regulations.
• Participate in toolbox talks & monthly training.
• Take every reasonable precaution for the protection of your coworkers.
• Take immediate action to address unsafe acts or conditions and report issues to management.
• Assist in accident investigations (as needed) to identify the root cause in a timely manner.
• Complete accident and incident reports (near miss) in a timely manner.
