Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Elyria, OH seeks an Electro-Mechanical Technician for 11pm–7am shift. You will layout, install, maintain electrical/electronic systems and machine components, diagnose issues and program/ troubleshoot PLCs.

Qualifications

• Journeyman papers or equivalent required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Stand/walk 8–10 hours in a manufacturing environment.
• Lift up to 50 lb; push/pull up to 200 lb; handle tools.

Responsibilities

• Layout, install and maintain electrical/electronic systems and accessories.
• Diagnose and remedy electrical/electronic problems and troubleshoot as required.
• Program, maintain and troubleshoot PLCs.
• Ensure work complies with regulations.
• Assemble, repair, rebuild and overhaul machines as needed.
• Perform bench and machining operations on various parts.
• Operate machine shop equipment and hold close tolerances.
