Job summary

Sandvik Coromant in Westminster, SC is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to keep manufacturing processes running, focusing on reliability and continuous improvement. You will work with PLCs, vision systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a 3rd shift schedule.

The successful candidate will have an associate degree in electronic technology and at least three years of electro-mechanical maintenance

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronic Technology or related technical field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment to optimize performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules and specs.
• Interpret technical drawings and manuals to perform tasks.
• Maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and ventilation systems.
