Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician for a direct-hire, union position. You will perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on high-speed paper converting and packaging equipment to maximize production uptime.

This role involves second shift 3 PM – 11 PM with overtime and weekend flexibility, pay between $28 and $37 per hour plus training milestones and shift differentials, along with medical, dental, vision,

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills: 480V systems, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Must provide your own maintenance tools; resume required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical production equipment (motors, drives, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, power transmissions).
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic/pneumatic prints.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to maximize uptime.
• Document work orders using a CMMS.
