ManpowerGroup's client in Hanover, PA is seeking an Electromechanical Technician for a direct-hire role supporting Production and Maintenance. The position covers 2nd shift (3PM-11PM) and a 5th shift (Sat/Sun, 11AM-11PM and Mon 3PM-11PM), with starting pay of $33.23 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential.

Qualifications include 1 year with 5-axis machinery, a high school diploma or GED, training in electrical/mechanical trades, ability to lift 35 pounds, and prior manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with 5-axis machinery.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Training in electrical and mechanical trades, equivalent to apprenticeship or a two-year technical degree.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance.
• Experience in manufacturing environment performing production setup roles.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Work from instructions, routines, prints, and manuals to complete tasks.
• Perform maintenance, installation, repair, rework, construction, and service of electric and electronic equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and outside vendors on job-related duties.
• Assist in training others and perform preventive maintenance activities.
