Job summary

At Work Cincy seeks an Electro Mechanical Technician to support production operations, test and maintain unmanned, automated equipment including robotic and electromechanical systems.

Two shifts are available: Second Shift 2:45pm-10:45pm and Third Shift 10:45pm-6:45am, Mon-Fri. Responsibilities include maintenance, circuit diagrams, PLC work, and ongoing learning to improve USPC processes.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of electronic systems, PLCs, and USPC equipment.
• Knowledge of Allen-Bradley software including RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000.
• Familiarity with Siemens S7 software.
• Ability to use a computerized work order system.
• High attention to detail and judgment based on written procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to work well with team members and leadership.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support production operations, testing, and maintaining unmanned, automated, robotic, or electromechanical equipment.
• Maintain and repair electro-mechanical systems as part of a team or individually.
• Demonstrate and perform electro mechanical operations for USPC.
• Take an electronics course from an accredited university (preferably a mega-tronics course).
• Demonstrate knowledge of programming USPC equipment and working with PLCs.
