Electrical Automation Services in Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair production equipment at a food manufacturing plant. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance and the ability to read schematics and PLC logic.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or associate degree preferred.
• Three+ years industrial maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical duties.
• Ability to read schematics and diagnose PLC-controlled equipment; familiarity with safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to production equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Repair and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to support troubleshooting and repairs.
• Independently troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, including PLC I/O diagnostics and ladder logic faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Identify recurring problems and help develop lasting fixes; request parts and supplies as needed.
• Follow plant safety procedures and food manufacturing quality practices.
