Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician on-site in Hiram, OH. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing plant, with 12-hour rotating shifts and day/night options.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or associate degree preferred.
• Three or more years of industrial maintenance experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting production equipment, electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and controls.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read schematics and use standard diagnostic tools.
• PLC troubleshooting experience required; PLC programming experience a plus.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with workplace safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to production equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Repair and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to support troubleshooting and repairs.
• Independently troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, including PLC I/O diagnostics and reading ladder logic to identify faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Identify recurring problems and help develop lasting fixes.
• Request parts and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Follow plant safety procedures and food manufacturing quality practices.
