Job summary

Electrical Automation Services in Hiram, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a food manufacturing facility. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or an associate’s degree is preferred.
• Three or more years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical systems, motors, sensors, and VFDs.
• Ability to read schematics and diagnose PLC-controlled equipment.
• Welding experience a plus; safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to production equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Repair and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to support troubleshooting and repairs.
• Independently troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, including PLC I/O diagnostics and ladder logic.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Identify recurring problems and help develop lasting fixes.
• Follow plant safety procedures and food manufacturing quality practices.

Please apply only if you live within about a 45-minute drive of Hiram.Pay: $34.10–$36.70/hr depending on experience, plus a $2.10/hr night premium on 12-hour nights.Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating 12-hour shifts.
