Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3 to oversee daily upkeep of Automated Guided Vehicles in Brighton, CO. The role requires knowledge of CAN-Bus, LIDAR, encoders, hydraulics, and CAD navigation, with focus on fault identification and repair.

Overtime and weekend work may be required; shift is Wednesday–Saturday, 10am–8pm. Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, G-Suite) are essential for reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required. An associate degree or vocational training preferred.
• 1–2 years of troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment preferred.
• Strong electrical/electronic competency preferred.
• Proven experience in the role's responsibilities is desirable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Automation Machinery, including electrical, electronic, and mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults; perform preventive maintenance and document procedures.
• Use electrical test equipment to diagnose circuitry and faults.
• Create and close work orders with data on labor hours and parts used.
• Assist with locating spare parts and maintaining equipment readiness.
• Support service calls and resolve equipment failures and faults.
