Job summary

Still Sverige Ab in Brighton, Colorado is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3 to maintain Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and related systems. You will troubleshoot CAN-Bus, LIDAR, encoders, hydraulics, and operate HMI/GDU devices, performing preventive maintenance and documenting work orders.

Responsibilities include fault identification and repair, parts tracking, and ensuring safety and reliability while supporting the shift schedule Wednesday through Saturday from 10am to 8pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or vocational training preferred.
• 1-2 years of troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment preferred.
• Strong Electrical/Electronic competency preferred.
• Proven experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform operation, fault recovery/repair and maintenance of Automation Machinery, including logical troubleshooting and replacement of electrical, electronic and mechanical components.
• Operate and manipulate HMI/GDU devices and be competent with Excel, Word and G-Suite.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines, cleaning, lubrication and documentation of procedures.
• Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry.
• Create and close work orders into asset management system with data on labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used.

Job description

The Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3 is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV). Knowledge of Computer Aided Navigation, Can-Bus, LIDAR, Encoder, and Hydraulics is required. Acts as a Fault Identification, resolution as well as Maintenance and Repair technician on all equipment. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required. Shift Schedule Wednesday- Saturday 10am to 8pm located in Brighton Colorado

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $28.40 - $38.43 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role

• Perform operation, fault recovery/repair and maintenance of Automation Machinery, including Logical trouble shooting, adjusting and replacement of Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical components.
• Operate and manipulate HMI/GDU devices and be competent with Computers and programs such as, Excel, Word, G-Suite.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines, Cleaning, Lubricating and as well as documentation of the completion of the procedures.
• Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry.
• Create and close work orders into asset management system with appropriate data to include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Troubleshoot semi-complex problems and understand resources needed to resolve them.
• Locate and track spare parts from inventory.
• Performs routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specifications.
• Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults
• Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organizations.
• Other responsibilities as assigned

What We Are Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Typically, an associate degree or vocational technical training is preferred. Specialized skill training/certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment preferred.
• Strong Electrical/ Electronic competency preferred
• Proven experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities as presented above.
• Able to lift and move material up to 50 pounds each.
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.
• Able to work at heights above 30 feet and climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation.
• Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfaces.
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
• Flexibility in covering multiple shifts and holiday hours as required.
