Job summary

Dematic in Brighton, Colorado seeks an Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3 to maintain Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) and perform fault identification, repair, and preventive maintenance. Knowledge of CAN-Bus, LIDAR, encoders, hydraulics, and related electronics is required.

Shift: Wednesday–Saturday, 10am–8pm. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required. Base pay range is $28.40-$38.43 per hour, with final compensation based on location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment.
• Operate HMI/GDU devices and use basic software such as Excel, Word.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform operation, fault recovery/repair and maintenance of automation machinery.
• Operate and manipulate HMI/GDU devices and be competent with Computers and programs such as, Excel, Word, G-Suite.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines, Cleaning, Lubricating and as well as documentation of the completion of the procedures.
• Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry.
• Create and close work orders into asset management system with appropriate data to include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Troubleshoot semi-complex problems and understand resources needed to resolve them.
• Locate and track spare parts from inventory.
• Performs routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specifications.
• Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults
• Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organizations.
• Other responsibilities as assigned
