Job summary

Dematic is seeking an AGV Technician Level 4 for our WCD Brighton site in Brighton, Colorado. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair AGVs, mentor junior staff, and occasionally work weekends. Expect overtime and a shift from Sunday to Wednesday, 10am–8pm, at our Brighton location.

Base pay ranges from $36.00 to $43.00 per hour with compensation influenced by location, education, and experience. The role requires knowledge of CAN-Bus, LIDAR, encoders, hydraulics, and fault identification,

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or vocational training preferred.
Senior-level knowledge in a technical area with AGV maintenance experience.
Willingness to lead projects and onsite maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

Repair and maintenance of AGVs including sensor calibration and hydraulics troubleshooting.
Perform preventative maintenance and document procedures.
Troubleshoot electrical circuitry using test equipment (5V–480V).
Create and close work orders with labor, parts, and asset data.
Triage faults and identify resources needed to resolve them.
Assist training customers to operate equipment.
Respond to service calls and fix equipment faults.
Lead onsite maintenance team and coordinate tasks.
