Job summary

SCRAM Systems seeks an Electric/Electronics Technician I to support the manufacturing and repair of ignition interlock devices and related electronics. The role requires use of diagnostic equipment, soldering irons, and reading schematics to ensure device performance.

You will troubleshoot field returns, work with production teams, and follow detailed instructions to maintain high quality. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Must repair and diagnose electronic IID devices and related equipment.
• Proficient in SMT and Through-Hole soldering.
• Able to read electronics schematics and manufacturing drawings.
• Strong data collection and quality control for production.
• Team-oriented with ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair breath alcohol ignition interlock devices (IID).
• Troubleshoot field returned devices and perform repairs.
• Follow manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
• Work in production environment, solo or in teams.
• Report to Production Supervisor and communicate status.
