Job summary

Global Electronic Services is seeking an on-site Electronics Technician to diagnose, repair, and validate industrial electronics at the component level. You’ll work with AC/DC drives, PLCs, HMIs, monitors, and power supplies, performing precision soldering and using oscilloscopes and multimeters to verify fixes.

You will document results, maintain a clean bench, and meet throughput targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong schematic skills and independent work capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience repairing industrial electronic equipment.
• Advanced component-level troubleshooting capability.
• Strong schematic reading and interpretation skills.
• Fluency with electronic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronics to the component level.
• Restore and validate equipment across drives, PLCs, HMIs, monitors and power supplies.
• Conduct comprehensive functional tests and load testing as needed.
• Use schematics, manuals, and instruments to isolate faults and verify fixes.
• Perform precision soldering, de-soldering, and component replacement.
• Identify, research, and order parts and components.
• Maintain meticulous electronic records of diagnostics and repairs.
