Job summary
Ultimate Staffing Services in Pleasanton, CA is currently hiring Electro-Mechanical Technicians at all levels for a temp-to-hire role. This position involves mechanical and electrical assembly, troubleshooting, and hands-on prototyping support in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

- Experience in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Assembly.
- Ability to read electrical schematics.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Must work independently and meet production schedules.
- Strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.
- Plan and lay out work to meet production schedules.
- Set up and operate production equipment per SOPs.
- Provide reports on progress or changes to supervisors.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Assist engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes.
- Read electrical schematics.
- Maintain clean work areas and equipment.
