Job summary

Ultimate Staffing partners with a Pleasanton-based company to hire Manufacturing Technicians at all levels. Roles are temp-to-hire with benefits upon conversion and a Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shift schedule (6:30 AM–5:00 PM). Pay ranges from $26 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and level.

The positions involve mechanical and electrical assembly, strict attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for long periods. Training provided and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing assembly.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical and sub-assembly preparation for production lines.
• Clean production equipment and work areas to ensure quality.
• Follow SOPs and keep accurate records of output.
