Nestlé USA is seeking a Hands-on hourly technical team leader to enable Electro-Mechanical Technicians in safe, effective shift maintenance. You will integrate mechanical, electrical, automation, and packaging expertise with coaching, documentation, and reliability improvement. This role is not a supervisor position.
The second shift runs weekdays, 2pm–10:30pm, with a $9,000 sign-on bonus. Pay ranges from $35.00 to $41.00 per hour, plus a suite of benefits.

Hands-on hourly technical team leader who enables Electro-Mechanical Technicians to execute the shift maintenance plan safely, effectively, and to standard. Combines advanced mechanical, electrical, automation, processing, and packaging expertise with work coordination, coaching, breakdown leadership, documentation, and reliability improvement. This is not a supervisor role and carries no independent authority for discipline, hiring, pay, or final performance ratings.
Sign-On Bonus: $9,000
• Motivates team members, delegates tasks appropriately, and provides constructive feedback to help ensure maintenance activities align with organizational goals and standards.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adapts effectively to shifting priorities and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting capability, and maintenance expertise; possesses comprehensive knowledge of Nestlé facilities and production-maintenance equipment; and resolves complex issues with minimal supervision.
• Uses software applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP/Prometheus, Power BI, DMO, and other systems, to enhance productivity and facilitate effective communication.
• Provide technical leadership for liquid processing line equipment’s like storage and transfer, mixing, homogenization, heat treatment, pumps, sanitary valves, instrumentation, recipes, CIP, and interlocks; cup and bottle filling, sealing, capping, labeling and coding, conveyors, case packing, robotics, palletizing, and inspection; and meat handling, grinding, cooking and cooling, blending, pumping, weighing, transfer, and packing equipment, including production-utility interfaces.
• This individual reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and receives indirect guidance and direction from the Maintenance Manager and Engineering Manager.
