Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience testing and troubleshooting power distribution equipment
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with inspection and electrical test tools (Megger, hi-pot, multimeters, ratio testers, torque wrenches, tape measures)
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of electrical control circuits
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Word
• Strong English communication
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-line electrical testing and commissioning duties
• Inspect products to company quality standards and guidelines per internal documentation
• Review electrical specifications and drawings to ensure products have been built correctly on production line
• Troubleshoot solutions that benefit the team and implement corrective action
• Prepare and maintain inspection, test, and quality reports
• Work with production and engineering teams during the inspection process and report any findings
• Adhere to developed processes and seek ways to improve them
• Must adhere to all safety rules and keep safety first for self and others
