Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex electromechanical prototypes and manage intricate test rigs based on existing procedures and practical R&D applications.
• Operate lab equipment, 3D printers, or basic machine shop tools, requiring some analysis or research to determine the best solution to assembly challenges.
• Serve as a highly reliable resource for the engineering team, working under limited supervision to detect errors, resolve design issues, and take ownership of build quality.
• Make day-to-day decisions guided by specific policies and job standards, managing minimal organizational authority over designated lab functions.
