Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of mechanical design experience, including electro-mechanical systems.
• Proven troubleshooting of large, complex electro-mechanical machines.
• Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of metal cutting/processing processes quickly.
• Solid computer literacy and familiarity with engineering software tools.
• Experience with SolidWorks CAD modeling and industrial product development.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical design and development of automated cutting and marking systems.
• Develop product documentation such as technical specifications and system designs.
• Create robust test processes, analyze results, and evaluate mechanical designs.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver new product designs.
• Provide expert product application support and process analysis to end-users.
