Job summary

Daniels Health in Easton, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support electro-mechanical equipment, including robotic washlines, autoclaves, boilers, and other facility systems critical to medical waste processing operations. Travel and occasional short-notice emergency maintenance at regional sites are required.

We offer a 6K sign-on bonus, a comprehensive benefits package, and a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical experience with assemblies and production equipment.
Welding skills for basic repair work.
Electrical troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
Ability to diagnose and communicate PLC-controlled machine issues.
Willingness to travel and respond to emergency maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

Perform daily maintenance of production equipment
Troubleshoot, service, and repair electro-mechanical systems on-site
Communicate with Service and Engineering teams for parts, scheduling, and support
Assemble, align, and install equipment upgrades within timeline and budget
Coordinate downtime with Plant Managers for maintenance activities
Provide weekly reports on completed and pending tasks
Offer remote assistance to plants to restore production quickly
Maintain Washsmart inventory at each location in collaboration with plant management
