Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Pass technical assessment addressing job-critical maintenance knowledge areas.
• Experience with electrical systems, product manuals and mechanical drawings, schematics, and troubleshooting breakdowns.
• Must be able to sufficiently read, write and speak English due to safety sensitivity of this role.
• Position requires continuous work near heat, noise, gas, and chemicals.
• Position requires frequent lifting, climbing, standing, walking, crouching, squatting, bending and kneeling (with or without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on advanced production/manufacturing equipment per manufacturer specifications
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete repairs or adjustments to restore safe, efficient operation
• Perform breakdown analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes and reduce repeat downtime
• Support line changeovers and equipment upgrades/technology improvements to keep production running smoothly
• Document completed work, maintain housekeeping, enforce GMP/safety/audit standards, and partner with operators, quality, and contractors to problem-solve in a team-based environment
