Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is hiring for a maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment. You will work on pneumatic and hydraulic systems, electrical controls, and pumps in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance calls, inspecting equipment, and applying multi-craft skills to maximize reliability and safety. Must be able to work weekends and stand for long periods, with on-site support in York, PA.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and able to work on weekends/holidays.
• Able to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to work in environments with extreme temperatures, hazardous/loud equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install pneumatic and hydraulic systems, valves and pumps.
• Diagnose and repair AC/DC electrical systems using schematics and testing equipment.
• Use preventive maintenance systems and work orders to support equipment reliability.
• Respond to maintenance calls, inspect machines, identify needed repairs and take action.
• Apply multi-craft maintenance to maximize equipment efficiency and safety.
