Job summary

ProCaps Labs is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure all production and facility equipment is safe and in proper operating condition. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on HVAC and support systems, troubleshooting, and adhering to cGMP requirements.

Minimum qualifications include 5+ years in a manufacturing setting or technical school training, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and experience with CMMS and blueprints. Overtime/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Maintenance Technician in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Electrical troubleshooting to component level with LOTO procedures.
• Experience using multimeters and amp probes for troubleshooting equipment.
• Familiar with safety interlocks and machine automation controls.
• Strong mechanical skills with pumps, motors, belts and conveyors.
• Able to read blueprints, schematics and machine drawings.
• Willing to work overtime or on weekends as workload demands.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and repair machinery on production calls across multiple lines.
• Verify and document repairs in the CMMS system.
• Perform preventative, predictive, emergency, routine and non-routine maintenance.
• Inspect HVAC and electrical systems for hazards and compliance.
• Collaborate with Production and Process Engineering on quality issues.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the Maintenance shop.
• Attend maintenance meetings and trainings for updates.
