Job summary

ProCaps Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure production and facility equipment are safe and operating. You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC components and other systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, and document all activities in the CMMS.

Responsibilities include repairing machinery on multiple lines, assisting with facility upkeep, and adhering to cGMP requirements. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting and safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with LOTO procedures and building management systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and machine drawings.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and repair machinery on production lines during breakdowns.
• Verify and document repairs in the CMMS system.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels for parts and services.
• Collaborate with production and engineering on quality improvements.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the maintenance shop.
