Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and automated lines.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and conveyors.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot under production conditions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including motors, starters, relays, sensors, VFDs, and control circuits.
• Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment and automated production systems.
• Install and maintain electrical wiring, panels, switches, and control devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical components and instrumentation.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder diagrams.
• Maintain conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and drive systems; repair processing equipment.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems; weld and fabricate as needed.
• Maintain maintenance logs and service records; support installation and startup.
