Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing site. The role performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment, supporting installations, upgrades and start-ups across shifts.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read schematics and ladder

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and ladder logic.
Overtime and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Install and modify electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
Program and troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems.
Assist with startup projects and equipment installations.
Document maintenance activities and support team members.
