Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Electro-Mechanical) to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

The role supports installations, upgrades, and start-up projects on multiple shifts. You will read schematics, ladder logic, and control diagrams; work with PLCs, VFDs, motors, conveyors, and pumps; and perform welding and fabrication as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, conveyors, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Read electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical drawings.
• Install and modify electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and automated systems.
• Perform welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs as needed.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and document activities.
