Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for production and assembly machinery, ensuring safe, reliable operation.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting, automation support, and mechanical maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Support new equipment installations and partner with Engineering and Operations for continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance strategies, manage spare parts accuracy.
• Create detailed repair manuals and support departmental training needs.

Pay Range: $60000 - $80000

Shift: 1st or 2nd shift

What's the Job?

• Provide first-line technical support for all production and assembly machinery, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation across the facility.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting, automation support, and mechanical maintenance as needed to minimize downtime.
• Support new equipment installations and partner with Engineering and Operations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance strategies, control equipment downtime, and manage spare parts accuracy.
• Create detailed repair manuals, conduct troubleshooting for equipment failures, and support departmental training needs.
