Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is assisting a leading manufacturing facility in Lithonia, GA to hire an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for our 24/7 production schedule. The role focuses on electrical and instrumentation maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring equipment reliability.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work 7p-7a on a 2-on/2-off schedule, including weekends and holidays. Prior CMMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems effectively.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and PLC ladder logic preferred.
• Familiarity with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is a plus.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, power transmission, and conveyor systems.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welders, cutting torches, fabrication equipment, electrical testing equipment, and computers to perform maintenance tasks.
• Read electrical block diagrams, schematics, and PLC ladder logic to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure continuous production and equipment reliability.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs as needed, including working weekends, holidays, and overtime.

As a Maintenance - Electrical & Instrumentation, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the 24/7 production schedule. Location: Lithonia, GA Pay Range: $78,478.40 Shift:7p-7a 2 on 2 off every other wknd Sat- Sun and Mon
