Job summary

Furmano Foods, Inc. is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support our 3rd shift, 11pm-7am. You will perform maintenance and repairs on PLC-driven equipment across the food production and labeling lines, and handle planned projects as well as breakdowns.

Adaptable to team or individual work, with opportunity for overtime based on business needs. Preferred candidates include those with an associate's degree or apprenticeship in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related

Qualifications

• Associates degree or apprenticeship in electro-mechanical tech or equivalent military training acceptable.
• Minimum of 3 years electro-mechanical experience if no degree.
• Strong PLC knowledge and electrical troubleshooting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and troubleshooting on manufacturing lines.
• Complete work orders for planned projects and address breakdowns.

Job description: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Furmano Foods is looking for an Electrician for our 2nd shift. Individual must perform maintenance repairs, troubleshooting, and support our food production and labeling operations. The role is responsible for work order completion of planned projects as well as addressing breakdowns, failures, and repairs. Applicants must be comfortable working in both team and individual contributor environments.

Only Candidates that meet or exceed the following position requirements will be immediately considered:

• NO RELATED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED for Candidates who have completed an associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, completion of a Certified Apprenticeship Program, or applicable DD214 verified Military Training.

• A minimum of three (3) years of related electro-mechanical experience

Successful candidates will have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Extensive PLC (Allen Bradley) technical knowledge (including programming and ladder logic)
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Passion for troubleshooting as well as continuous improvement.
• High voltage, three phase familiarity.
• Comfortable replacing motors, drives, and mechanical drive train components.
• Robotics familiarity is a plus.

Schedule

3rd Shift-overnight shift: 11pm-7am, Monday-Friday

8-hour shift, may need to work extended hours / Overtime based on needs of the business

Weekend availability in season w/ specific mandatory Saturdays as needed

Note: You may need to train on 1st shift for up to 17 days

Salary: Up to $31.26 per hour
