Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical control systems.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment such as PLC-based machines; I/O troubleshooting preferred.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.
• CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic production equipment.
• Diagnose issues in motors, drives, PLC systems, sensors, relays.
• Perform repairs and part replacements to minimize downtime.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and document equipment in CMMS.
• Assist calibration, wiring, and testing of control panels; support upgrades.
• Maintain safety and compliance per OSHA, NFPA 70E and LOTO.
• Repair or rebuild mechanical components and fabricate basic guards or brackets.
• Support safety audits and 5S initiatives.
