Job summary

This role ensures continuous plant operations by performing preventive maintenance and keeping equipment compliant with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience, knowledge of PLC-based systems, and CMMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial settings, transformer or metalworking preferred.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical control systems.
• Familiarity with PLC-based machines (I/O troubleshooting; programming not required).
• CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting on production equipment.
• Diagnose issues with motors, drives, PLC systems, sensors, relays, and conveyors.
• Repair or replace components to minimize downtime.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and document in CMMS.
• Assist in safety audits and maintain 5S in the work area.
