Remedi SeniorCare seeks a dynamic Electro-Mechanic Maintenance Technician to support dispensing and unit dose packaging equipment within a closed-door pharmacy in Baltimore. Qualifications
- Education/Certifications: High School graduate, GED, Technical school graduate or equivalent training
- Experience: 3+ years of electro-mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient with power tools and measuring devices
- Basic background in machine shop practices and 220V power
Responsibilities
- Maintain and/or improve system performance to design specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on dispensing and unit dose packaging equipment
- Operate dispensing systems and lead shift activities while ensuring on-time runs
- Troubleshoot issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Manage spare parts inventory and request repair materials as needed
- Define preventive maintenance programs and training for operators
- Use CMMS to track work orders, calibrations, and parts
- Train production operators for setup and operation of equipment
- Work rotating schedule including weekends/holidays and provide off-hours support
- Ensure safety compliance personally and with equipment
