Job summary

Remedi SeniorCare (a Clarest Health division) seeks an experienced IV Pharmacy Technician to support sterile compounding and IV solution preparation for long-term care facilities. You will assist pharmacists, uphold cleanroom standards, and ensure compliant documentation and labeling.

This on-site role is located at our Baltimore, MD facility with a 6:00PM–2:30AM schedule, offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a mission-driven pharmacy leader.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and customer focus.
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and procedures.
• Experience with sterile compounding and USP 795/797 standards.
• Experience operating automated pharmacy equipment and software systems.
• Understanding of DEA, CMS and state health agency regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanitation and maintenance of the cleanroom area and infusion equipment according to 797 USP Standards.
• Compounds sterile admixtures and non-admixtures using aseptic technique.
• Prepares labels, prescriptions, compounding/mixing worksheets; maintains lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Generates delivery/pick slips under pharmacist supervision; stocks supplies.
• Inventory management: takes inventory, places orders, checks in meds, removes expired items.
• Maintain IV pumps and related information; record refrigerator temperatures; document practices.
