Job summary

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Overtime and weekend hours may be required to meet production needs; you will join a dedicated team focused on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to identify issues in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in manufacturing processes.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, manuals, sketches, or drawings.
• Utilize test and diagnostic equipment to perform equipment checkouts and ensure proper operation.
• Rebuild manufacturing equipment as needed to maintain optimal production flow.
• Implement equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers to improve efficiency and safety.
