Job summary

Strive Solutions in Green Bay, Wisconsin seeks an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by maintaining and improving corrugated packaging and converting equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.

Qualifications

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Read electrical and mechanical schematics and technical docs.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and equipment reliability.
Commitment to workplace safety, tool use and environmental compliance.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
