Pro-Services, Inc. seeks an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist for corrugators & converting equipment in Lancaster, PA.

On 2nd or 3rd shift, you’ll perform rapid diagnostics and fixed repairs across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and elevate plant reliability. You’ll work hands-on with corrugators, flexo folder-gluers, rotary die cutters, boilers, and air compressors, while reading diagrams and coordinating with maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintaining industrial machinery.
• Mechanical fundamentals: bearings, shafts, seals, gearboxes; read and interpret diagrams/schematics.
• Electrical up to 110–240V single phase; motors, wiring, sensors, cabinet troubleshooting.
• Basic hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting.
• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Rapid diagnostics and corrective repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Preventive maintenance that prevents unplanned stops.
