bioMérieux SA in Missouri is seeking an experienced assembler to evaluate, refurbish, assemble, align and test automated electro-mechanical systems at an advanced level. You will maintain stock levels and ensure quality documentation in GMP-compliant processes.

The role requires 4+ years in electromechanical assembly, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to operate complex test procedures. On-site work with opportunities for professional training and growth are provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience troubleshooting and/or assembling electromechanical equipment.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and assembly procedures.
• Knowledge of GMP guidelines and documentation practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide support for filling, packaging equipment & instrument manufacturing, assisting in improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of engineering activities, including process improvements and repair activities, to support operational transparency.
• Perform sub-assembly and final assembly acceptance test operations accurately and timely.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations of a complicated nature.
• Ensure proper completion of supporting documentation, following GMP guidelines.
• Assist in training of Senior Assembler and other Technicians.
• Ability to conduct advanced test procedures.
• Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
