Job summary

Executive Alliance invites applications for an Inspector to inspect electronic and electro-mechanical subassemblies and products. You will use standard measuring equipment and dedicated test sets, following final Acceptance Test Procedures to detect and resolve issues with product and test equipment.

The role requires strong reading of engineering drawings, GD&T, Mil-Specs, and AS9100/AS9102 documentation. ITAR rules restrict employment to U.S.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and Mil-Specs.
• Strong knowledge of AS9102 first-article inspection documentation; Net-Inspect a plus.
• Proficiency with precision hand tools: micrometers, calipers, height gauges, optical comparators.
• Familiarity with automated measuring tools such as coordinate measuring machines or optical/vision systems.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Incoming Inspection: verify raw materials and components against specs using visual checks and precision tools.
• Compliance & Standards: ensure parts comply with engineering prints, Mil-Specs, AS9100, and AS9102 requirements.
• Data & Documentation: record inspection outcomes and maintain quality logs in databases.
• Equipment: care for precision tools, support calibration, report maintenance needs.
