Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 1+ years of hardware design, testing, or troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Design the factory and processes for rapid, reliable, low-cost manufacturing of vacuum technology.
• Work with partner teams to develop manufacturing procedures.
• Manage new product introduction and development of production processes for TWTA assemblies.
• Collaborate with design teams to improve manufacturability, cost, and reliability.
• Perform environmental and performance testing to validate analysis and design criteria.
• Demonstrate ownership of product outcomes at all stages of development and production.
