Job summary

NCR Voyix in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and maintain electromechanical equipment across a designated territory. You will perform customer installations and routine maintenance, with rotating shifts and travel as needed.

The role offers hourly pay between $18 and $20 plus overtime, a company-provided vehicle, medical insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Eligible employees receive paid holidays and vacation benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills and familiarity with hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts with flexible start times.
• Capacity to lift up to 75 lbs without assistance and up to 150 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
