**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred; EIT/PE License is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of design experience in electromechanical or electrical design.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD (2D) and Autodesk Inventor (3D) is necessary.
- Deep understanding of electrical switchgear design, especially UL891; familiarity with UL1558 is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Experience working in a mission-critical environment is a plus.
