VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a Production Assembly Technician to build, integrate, and test electro‑mechanical drone sensor assemblies onsite in Saint Paul, MN. You will perform hands-on assembly, alignment, and checkout, while supporting production schedules, quality assurance processes, and documentation with engineering.

Strong detail orientation and teamwork are essential. The role requires a 2-year technical degree (or 2 years related experience) and a Part 107 certification within 3 months.

Formación

• 2-year technical degree or 2 years of applicable experience.
• Part 107 certification acquired within three months of employment.
• Ability to interpret requirements, drawings and instructions independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Technical build assembly.
• Production design updates, design for manufacturing.
• Develop and provide external documentation to 3rd party manufacturer.
• Coordinate with electrical hardware designers on size, connectors, and indicators.
• Wire assembly integration/box build.
• Fault/debug activities.
• CCA programming.
• System checkout & test.
• Optical assembly, alignment and focusing.
• Support production schedule planning.
• Flight testing.
• Document checkout/test results.
• Ensure defect-free product delivery.
• Ensure material supply for production.
• Diagnostic analysis and repair of damaged equipment.
• Fault investigation/resolution of products.
