Cube Hub Inc. is seeking a Production Assembly Technician in St. Paul, MN, on-site for a 24-month contract.

You will build, test, and integrate electro-mechanical drone sensor assemblies, including cameras and gimbals, while supporting scheduling, quality improvements, and engineering documentation. The role requires a 2-year technical degree (or 2 years of related experience), ability to interpret drawings, and strong mechanical aptitude.

• 2 year degree in electronics or related technical field; candidates without a degree may be considered if they have 2 years of applicable experience.
• Must obtain FAA Part 107 certification within the first 3 months of employment.
• Ability to interpret requirements, drawings, and instructions independently.
• Good mechanical aptitude and precision in assembly and testing.
• Computer literate with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Technical build assembly of electro-mechanical drone sensor assemblies.
• Develop and provide external documentation to a 3rd party manufacturer.
• Fault diagnosis, debugging, and wired assembly integration / box build.
• CCA programming, system checkout and testing.
• Optical assembly, alignment, and focusing.
• Support production schedule planning and flight testing.
• Document checkout test results and ensure delivery of defect-free product.
• Ensure sufficient material supply to support production.
• Perform diagnostic analysis and repair of damaged equipment.
• Investigate and resolve product faults.
• Collaborate with electrical designers on size/shape, connectors, indicators, and inputs for circuit card assemblies.

• Job Title: Production Assembly Technician
• Job Location: St. Paul, MN 55114 (100% Onsite)
• Duration: 24-month contract (with possible extension)
• Shift: 8 am to 4:30 pm (Possible Overtime)
• Pay: $22.00/hr. - $23.33/hr. on W2

Job Summary

The Production Technician is responsible for building, integrating, and testing electro-mechanical drone sensor assemblies, including cameras and stabilizing gimbals. Supports production scheduling, quality improvement, troubleshooting, and engineering documentation while ensuring timely production and product reliability.

Responsibilities

• Technical build assembly.
• Develop and provide external documentation to 3rd party manufacturer
• Fault / debug and Wired assembly integration / box build.
• CCA programming, System checkout & test.
• Optical assembly, alignment, and focusing.
• Support production schedule planning and Flight testing.
• Document checkout test results and ensure delivery of defect‑free product.
• Ensure sufficient material supply to support production.
• Perform diagnostic analysis and repair of damaged equipment.
• Perform fault investigation/resolution of products.
• Work with electrical hardware designers to specify size/shape, connectorization, indicators, and user inputs to circuit card assemblies.

Job Requirements

• 2 year degree in a technical discipline such as Electronics. Will consider candidates without a degree but must have 2 years of applicable experience.
• Must obtain FAA Part 107 certification within the first 3 months of employment.
• Ability to interpret requirements/drawings/instructions independently.
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
