Job summary

The engineer will interact with Production, Sales, Purchasing, and other engineers to field questions and drive projects from concept

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering required.
• 1+ years employment in the field of study or related experience.
• Strong mathematical ability and logical design approach.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing prototypes.
• Analyzing and testing prototypes and each revision of a device.
• Designing for Production.
• Work within AutoCAD effectively.
• Work within PTC Creo effectively.
• Evaluate drawings, specs and other documents.
• Design and procure tools/equipment.
• Developing, initiating and managing all phases of a project.
• Documentation of any projects taken on.
• Collaboration for proper tracking of resources.
• Able to use schematics, blueprints, wiring lists and instructions.
• Assist and support others as necessary.
